This site is operated by Larry Chou, Keller Williams Silicon Valley.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and property address. We use it to respond to your inquiry and manage our communication with you. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These set cookies and record how visitors move through the site, so we can measure what works and see how our ads perform. Microsoft Clarity also records a playback of your session (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks). None of these load unless you accept them.

If you decline, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts run at all. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Choices link in the footer of every page, and declining there stops any further collection.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. Sharing information with Meta for advertising measurement counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, which is why we ask first and why you can withdraw at any time.

Your California rights

If you are a California resident you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. Use the Cookie Choices link to opt out of tracking, or contact us using the details below for anything else. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
