This site is operated by Larry Chou, Keller Williams Silicon Valley.

What I collect

When you submit a form, I collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and property address. I use it to respond to your inquiry and manage my communication with you. Form submissions are stored in my customer relationship system.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These load when you visit and set cookies to measure how visitors use the site and how my advertising performs. Microsoft Clarity also records a playback of your session, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. The Meta pixel and Google Analytics share data about your visit, such as your device, IP address, and the pages you view, with Meta and Google for measurement and advertising.

You can limit or stop this collection using your browser’s privacy and cookie controls, a tracker-blocking extension, or the ad-preference settings in your Meta (Facebook) and Google accounts. You can also contact me using the details below and I will honor your request.

What I don’t do

I do not sell your personal information. Sharing data with Meta and Google for advertising measurement may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

Your California rights

If you are a California resident you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to delete it, and opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. To opt out, use your browser’s privacy controls or your Meta and Google ad settings, or contact me using the details below. I will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
